    So

Iowa State fans should be thanking their lucky stars that Fred Hoiberg felt like he owed a debt to the program. Hoiberg deciding to use Iowa State as a stepping stone was the best thing that ever happened to their sorry asses and put them on the map. And once his influence is gone they'll be...

    Iowa State fans are classless

Not surprising, I know. I always enjoy browsing Cyclownfanatic after a major program loss to get some laughs from their meltdowns and caught the low lives making a mockery of Baer's appearance. Never thought they would attack a 20 year old kid for his looks and invoking children with...

    Whar the Game Thread.....?

Everyone just remember that no matter what happens tonight Iowa State is a bottom-feeding program and always will be.

Live look-in at Iowa State practice on selection Sunday

So let them gloat. Iowa is virtually superior in every respect imaginable. Football, wrestling, baseball, ACADEMICS, even the city itself. I honestly can't even think of a reason that anyone would ever go to Iowa State (other than if Iowa State offered a program that Iowa didn't have).

Here's how Gator fans feel about facing Iowa, most are not happy.

How about making an argument instead of saying nothing? I said national perception. I was talking about what a win vs. Iowa would mean from Florida's perspective, not mine.

Live look-in at Iowa State practice on selection Sunday

Didn't say he made a bad decision. Knowing Ferentz he probably would have been underused. I'm just saying he's a good player at a piss poor program who could have had a more fruitful college career (in terms of winning games) somewhere else. It wasn't a comment on his draft stock.

Here's how Gator fans feel about facing Iowa, most are not happy.

I wouldn't be happy about playing Iowa either. It's like playing Iowa State. Very little upside. If you beat Iowa, then the only thing you gain is another win against a team that is nationally perceived as boring and mediocre. Big downside. If you lose, which is a very good possibility...

Lazard had so much potential. It's a shame it was wasted at ISU.

How does Nebby REALLY feel about the B1G after

"If Coach would have put me in, we'd have won state. No doubt in my mind"

Enjoy Ames in January Clowns! I hear it's real nice.

How does Nebby REALLY feel about the B1G after

The reality is that Nebraska hopped off a quickly sinking ugly ship thinking that it could swim to shore and commandeer a magnificent vessel right away. Now that they've been relegated to cleaning the latrines and cooking duties, they wish they were back on the sinking ship. They thought they...

Big Ten talks to Kirk about Outback - video

Wow. Haven't won a bowl since 2010. That's what stood out to me. Gotta change that next month.

Yeah, partly because if I wanted Michigan football analysis I would go to a Michigan football forum

    BOO-HOO Deace

He makes some good arguments, but does come off as whiny in the podcast. Far more annoying was the egregious audio quality.

    Iowa/Florida in Outback Bowl

It might not be a New Years 6, but always remember folks, this would be a YUGE deal if Iowa State ever made a bowl of this caliber. It would be one of the biggest moments in their program's history. It's par for the course for us, but some perspective is always nice ;)

    Iowa/Florida in Outback Bowl

Damn I sense so much negativity about this announcement. Yes, it's the Outback Bowl again, but it's also against Florida. The bowl only means as much as the opponent you play. The Rose Bowl was awesome last year but getting stomped ruined it. This is a game we can actually win. I would rather...

    Winnable.

Iowa/Florida in the Outback. I love it!

One word my friends: winnable. Florida's O is terrible. I know some of you were hoping San Diego, but this can truly be a nice cap to the end of the year with a win over Florida.

Bowl selection day (and the system in general)

It's now who it is, it's the situation. If PSU were heading to the Playoffs and OSU were the B1G Champions, then I would be saying that OSU should be in.

Bowl selection day (and the system in general)

I think this is a good point. This is basically saying that Iowa has to go undefeated and win the B1G to have a chance to make the Playoffs. Iowa will never meet the eye test. That combination will likely come around only once a century, and unfortunately, I think it just passed.
