So let them gloat. Iowa is virtually superior in every respect imaginable. Football, wrestling, baseball, ACADEMICS, even the city itself. I honestly can't even think of a reason that anyone would ever go to Iowa State (other than if Iowa State offered a program that Iowa didn't have).

How about making an argument instead of saying nothing? I said national perception. I was talking about what a win vs. Iowa would mean from Florida's perspective, not mine.

Didn't say he made a bad decision. Knowing Ferentz he probably would have been underused. I'm just saying he's a good player at a piss poor program who could have had a more fruitful college career (in terms of winning games) somewhere else. It wasn't a comment on his draft stock.

He makes some good arguments, but does come off as whiny in the podcast. Far more annoying was the egregious audio quality.

It's now who it is, it's the situation. If PSU were heading to the Playoffs and OSU were the B1G Champions, then I would be saying that OSU should be in.

I think this is a good point. This is basically saying that Iowa has to go undefeated and win the B1G to have a chance to make the Playoffs. Iowa will never meet the eye test. That combination will likely come around only once a century, and unfortunately, I think it just passed.
