What money does KF personally bring in?

On one hand, OM hasn't done anything in his limited snaps that screams "I'm Flecking elite!". Otoh, as you say, KF has done things that scream "I don't care if we have a good offense or not!" So it's not surprising that the WR reps have stayed pretty close to what they were pre-OM.

I'm not disagreeing w/ your overall point, but NW also only put up 10 at Nebraska a couple weeks ago. In their other B1G games Nebby has given up 38, 48, & 34.

Why would this be true? For the sake of the discussion, we're assuming he'd agree to come here. But, we know he could get the HC job just about anywhere he wanted to coach. So there would be no reason for him to suddenly take another job so quickly.

Well, despite the fake-punt L to Wisconsin, that team went to Evanston 7-2, #15 NW wasn't good ( 6-3, but 2-3 B1G & lost all 3 after Iowa ), but beat the Hawks. The next week we lost to #8 OSU. Then lost to Minny. So there are some potential parallels.

Wow. Didn't realize that. That contributes to those 5 conference foes (counting UMD) having 5 conference W's between them (16 L's). After Maryland, the Goofs last 4 opponents currently have 9 conference W's (w/ NW contributing 0 to that)

Also works better for teams that stretch the field enough to back the D off the line.
