Finally got picked by Carolina in the 5th.

I think it has to be that teams are scared off by "off-field concerns". He's way too talented and produced too much last year to not have been drafted by now.

Maybe. But there were only 2 starters in the final 4 this year who were 6'10". everyone else 6'9" and below. We would be a little undersized, but not horribly to where it should be a big deficiency.

I agree with all of this in theory and like that starting 5. But I have a hard time believing Connor and/or JBo will not start if they are back. I'd love it if that were the case, though.

Definitely no problem dumping it off to the RB when he's this talented. Reminds me of when they would do that with Wadley so he could do his most damage. I'm still a little worried about Petras's feet in the pocket. Still looked nervous. Padilla definitely looked the best to me.

It was only one day, but Padilla definitely looked the best. Better pocket presence and seemed accurate with passes. Petras still looks to have happy feet in the pocket and not overly accurate.

Why is Shudak running routes with the 1's? I thought we had depth at the WR position.

I'm excited to see how the young guys play. Should be more fast paced and athletic as well as better defensively. Shooting will be a large drop-off, but seemed to be a let-down even this year at times when it was needed. I don't know or want to imagine what it will look like in the W-L area...

There's no denying his talent. Just difficult to assess how quickly he processes things as well as fitting throws in tight windows as you said. There were a lot of scripted passes, screen passes as well as plays were the first read is open by a lot, so no need to go trough progressions. Also...
