Scared of Leidner's legs. On third and long in the 2nd half, I think we'll see it. They almost used it on 3rd and 5, and called TO...right call. 3rd and 7 and longer, makes sense to use it. Shorter than that and you open yourself up to draws.

Blown assignments...bad ones. Think Iowa needed to run the raider on third down, Leidner has alll day.

This looks like a team that will improve a ton over the course of the season. Hopefully they win enoough OOC games to give them a shot at making the tournament.

Matte helmets probably make more sense, but high gloss helmets under the lights look great.

Wadley is more explosive outside of the tackles, Canzeri is better running inside as a small back and is a complete back...Iowa is much less predictable with Canzeri lined up in the backfield given his pass catching ability and pass pro (for his size)

Because he's not saying anything that is a secret. It's public knowledge at this point and is obvious to anyone doing scouting. Heck, the opposing teams probably have a better idea of his injuries while closing watching film than what Ferentz has told the fans. :(

My Dad played sports, had a sports hernia as a RB. He said it was by far the most painful experience he's had. he could barely lift his leg for the first few days after the injury, but that it healed really quickly (a month or so) for how painful it was initially. Whatever the injury, CJB is...
