Most of the pervs on here will focus on the chicks. Which just goes to show how shallow they are. That goes a lot deeper than mere butt-cheek flexing. What you hear on that video is just flat-out, top-notch fiddling.

I listened to a couple. The anti-Oliver martin stuff turned me off a bit, and hearing they rag on Jake Rudock doesn't make me any more excited to listen, either. I like that they support Nate, and all, but ragging on a guy after he is gone is bush league.

Yeah. much as everyone loves the individual marquee events, the most exciting event at the "big-time" meets is the usual concluding event, the 4x400 meter relay. It almost always has great finishes, including Iowa's Steven Willey running a great anchor leg to help the Hawks win the B1G...

Epenesa actually had better throws than Wirfs during their respective HS careers.

That would be a serious slap in the face to both programs and the whole state.

Because B1G has really produced some good teams this season. Plus, I think all the background noise in East Lansing might be catching up across the board with all their programs.

Excellent post. My order would be Pikiell, Fran, Chambers, Underwood. And those four, in any order, should be the rock-solid top four. The other 10 shouldn't even get votes. OTOH, if it went by sporadic blow-outs on home court over ranked teams, etch Painter's name on the trophy post-haste...

It's a matter of color--the color of each player's jersey. An Iowa player needs to average a minimum 8 ppg and 2 rpg more than a Duke player.

If they win their last 3 regular season games, they would have to be trounced in first tourney game to be out. If they make the final of MVC, they're almost a lock.

Yep. Jordan was legendary for his effort. Even when he needed to "rest", he figured out how to do it missing minimal time of the floor.

As long as CP is healthy and behaving, it's not a bad idea. Or frankly, go with the 2-bigs line-up and bring Joe T off the bench. Let him be the high-motor spark when starters are "low-energy".

I'll gladly take Cordell's stat line from tonight. 9 points, 8 boards, 2 steals, 3 assists to just 1 turnover. I'd take that every single game from CP, and scream if he didn't get at least Honorable Mention All-B1G.

Mr. Davis is a great guy. Met him when he coached one of the college all-star teams at the game they used to stage here in Orlando.
