A lot of wisdom in this post. My son was a trombone player in the Iowa marching band for 4 years. It was a lot of work. He was in the stands with the band for Tate to Holloway. Another meaningless game? Not to me or to him.

I have no idea what to expect. We are playing on New Years Day against a good SEC team so it will mean a lot to these Iowa players. If Hill can hang onto the dang ball, we have a chance. Bowl games matter to the players playing in the game. I’ll always believe that.
