You know... my greatest fear out of the start of the season is that all that's happened is another beat down of Indiana, and other beat down of Iowa St., except everyone had numbers in front of their names. Indiana, in particular, looks nowhere near a top 20 team right now.

I'll point out both Iowa and Iowa St. were very successful last year without playing each other. One of them would not have felt that way with a loss to the other team.

last I checked, Iowa had the 3rd longest winning streak in Lincoln. Nebraska and Oklahoma have more. There is a span in the 50s where the Sooners owned Nebraska that is going to be hard to beat.

CJ Bethard was kind of in a similar circumstance and things turned out ok for him.

Is there any other information on this? I’m kind of getting tired of high profile lineman recruits getting hurt before they hit the field. Is this a college thing or an Iowa thing?

Just on a quick check on stub hub, $60 for a seat, $80 for a pretty good mid level end zone seat, $150 for front and center at the 50 yard line. Looks like there is plenty of availability.
