what actually happens to attendance? I live out of state now, but made it back for a couple of games to see the lack of attendance. I have seen people throw out in a couple of other threads that if Lick is retained then attendance will drop again/nobody will go to the games. Is this true...

I agree with much of the above. I also think making a change now doesn't get us any closer to consistently winning. I also think Lick is not coming back at this point either. I think the player's parents (if that's who it was) who started this rumor and subsequent meltdown have caused too...
