Yeah Lick had all of those years as an assistant at elite programs and proving himself as a recruiter. He also inherited a really bad team. Wait, no he didn't... Some of you have no clue. Look around at the top teams in the tournament and how many of those coaches came from the mid-major...

I agree, I really like Wojcik. He has the pedigree as an assistant/recruiter and had to build that Tulsa team up from two 9-win seasons before he took over.

Coaches at Siena. Runs a really fast, up-tempo, exciting system and has made them a consistent tourney threat. Was a long-time assistant at Notre Dame. I'd rather have Wojcik though and people really shouldn't be upset with him if he's the choice.

Fast. His first year they were 8th fastest in the country. Second year they were 17th. Third year they were 20th. This year they were 68th. What's great is that they have very low turnover percentages while playing fast.
