I had to go with 2004, I remember the Wisconsin game very well when Tate gave them the ball the first two series with ints in our end of the field and Wisconsin coming away with zip! It was a difficult decision because the Hawkeye defense has been fun to watch for a long time!
It was a tough call picking Tate over Banks. I felt that Tate had to do more with less than Banks did so I went with him. Its too bad he didn't progress after that season.
