Rothstein might have the worst Twitter account for any national basketball writer. However, his parody account is hilarious. On another note, he was tweeting a lot of good stuff about Iowa last summer too. He must be close to someone on staff here.

I think the main point behind this is that it is a bit far fetched to say there were 0 tickets sold at this time last year. Something had to have been different.

It seems like there is a lot of funny math with this claim as you said JH. It seems like they have opened up the ticket sales earlier than normal. That said, it makes sense that the student section will be full next year. It seems like everyone is hopeful for the revival. A less than stellar...

I don't think anyone is saying that Woodbury won't be a huge improvement over McCabe. They are saying that he isn't the cure all that some are making him out to be on defense.

If Eric May is playing at all Iowa won't be winning many more than 6 conference games.

Yes, ESPN really has it out for Iowa! Much like Michigan St. really likes beating more than other Big Ten teams.

Shaq Stokes. He ended up at Hawaii. I saw him play this season and he is way to small to have ever played in the Big Ten.
