I'm reaaly eager to see this kid play. I can't find his 40 time anywhere, so I am wondering if anyone has any indication of his speed. I found a review of MS receivers that said he's super fast, but that's about it.... Anybody have anything? I wonder if he might se time as a true frosh...

Nah. Not at all. Two even teams in an even game.... This one just sounded unprofessional to me. Based on feedback here, I think I may have just been tired/crabby.

Was it just me, of were the commentators really excited for Nebraska tonight? I only caught the 2nd half and the OTs, but thry sounded like Big Red fans to me. Found it frustrating and in poor taste. Am I crazy?

You guys think he pulled jok, not bc he was hurt, but in order to prevent an injury? Was it that tough of a game? I was playing Scrabble with my kids, so I think I missed some stuff. Were the refs just missing a bunch of stuff then?

Not sure what to make of the refusal to shake hands. My gut says that was a bad move ala "I'm taking my ball and going home", but maybe it was more in order to prevent some extracurricular unsportsmanlike activity. Based on Fran's look at the end, though, think he was mad more than calculated.

What level of talent is he against in this highlight reel?

We've been needing a big for s whole. Gabe and Woody are gone. We have zero towers. Coaches have been saying this for a while. Plenty of outside guys in our young players and other commitments. This is welcome news!

Not sure if anyone said it yet (because I don't read overly dramatic posts nor posts over 500 words) but I think Jon Miller probably nailed it (as he usually does) on his immediate reaction podcast: the coaches must absolutely love Stanley. This makes me hopeful, too!
