Where will Iowa be seeded?

If Iowa can go 2-2 down the stretch, as long as one of those wins is against NW, I think they will be the 7th seed and play the 10th seed. I think the 10th seed will be one of Minnesota or Illinois.

The winner of the 7-10 game plays the two seed. MSU gets OSU at home last regular season game, and I think they will be the #1 seed...I think Michigan will win their last three games and get to 14 wins...OSU and Mich have 11 wins right now. I think Michigan will be the two seed, a team that Iowa beat by double digits last month.

With this team, looking beyond the next game has proven foolish, however ;)

If I am looking at it correct it appears they project Iowa to finish 1-3 with the only win coming over Northwestern. If thats the case I wonder who gets the 7 seed, Iowa or Northwestern? Both will have identical records in conference and 1-1 head to head.

The only opponent I hope Iowa can avoid in the BTT is Minnesota. That game might be a make or break for them and I do not like Iowas odds beating someone 3 times in the same season.

Actually it looks like they are projecting Iowa the 8th seed, with a tie vs NW in the standings, and NW getting nod because NW beat MSU

NW would get it, because if you split head to head, they go to record against the #1 seed to see who had a better record...and NW beat MSU

JD - FYI it is NU, not NW.

Irregardless, I met Brumby from scout/Illiniboard fame at a bar last night. He says "what up" to you.

With Nebraska in the conference to confusing. Everyone knows who we are talking about when we say NW. The last time I looked this was a Hawkeye forum not a purple kitty one.

You going to lay down your picks on where your kitties will be seeded or you just come here to derail?

As discussed in the big ten seeding thread, 6th will be nearly impossible with Purdues tie breaker.Probably 7th, but it could come down to the dial game vs.Northwestern.

Northwestern University = NU (http://www.northwestern.edu/)
University of Nebraska at Lincoln = UNL (University of Nebraska–Lincoln)

It ain't confusing unless you're an idiot.
