I hadn't seen this posted yet, but former Iowa RB Adam Robinson has announced his transfer destination, defending D2 national champion Minnesota-Duluth.

Puzzling to me, too. If I were a betting man, my chips would be on "Doesn't see field again." Unfortunate, as I think he's a pretty talented running back.

I would think that he is sitting out so he can get his grades straight. Regardless of the rest of his baggage, graduating from college should be his #1 priority.

at iowa, he was initially in the doghouse for academics (rumor). he has to sit out a year to catch up with his academics. so i'm guessing those rumors were pretty good rumors.
