The 2004 Wisky game was the missing gem of recent games on Youtube, and HawkeyeHistorian really came through to get a nice video posted. That is also a somewhat forgotten day compared to some other great days of this millenium. The day started with little hopes for a Big Ten title, yet ended with an unexpected Big Ten champsionship trophy presentation on the turf.

It seemed unlikely that 6-4 OSU could beat 9-1 Michigan, though OSU was at home for the 11am kick. OSU beat UM just before the Iowa game started, so word spread that suddenly Iowa had a chance at the Big Ten title. The first half was a tight battle, Wisky tied it at 7 with just under 2 minutes left. Then Drew Tate used his spin magic to turn a 3rd & inches into a 51 yard TD throw to Solomon, and a 14-7 lead going into the half.
Second half was all Iowa. It was a party at Kinnick. Defense made tons of huge players. 30-7 Hawkeye victory. Kirk gets a gatorade bath. Students/crowd rushes the field.
A ring of ushers protects a piece of turf near the Hawkeye bench. They're setting up a riser, and presenting the Big Ten trophy! Holy crap!
Here is a fan video of the trophy presentation:
