Florida Fans Booing Their Own Team?

Anyone else feel it was karma that Florida lost after their fans kept booing every play they didn't agree with?

I remember hearing boos from some hawk fans at last years NW game. It happens everywhere.

I recall boos in Kinnick at halftime when unranked Iowa led ranked Michigan going into the break. of course, those folks said they were not booing the team...they were booing the decision to play McCann over Banks.

I am not sure players/recruits always know why fans are booing, but it doesn't look good for anyone when it happens.

There were a LOT of boos at kinnick during the 2007 season for a variety of reasons. Happens at every school at some point.

The lesson is: Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

Well, as bad as booing may be, those fans saw what was coming down the tracks.

That was one BAD decision.

And those same fans were the ones hoping to Christ that Stanzi would come back after seeing Vandenberg's performance against Northwestern. I hated to do it at Vandy's expense, but I took a little pleasure in the fact that maybe people would finally realize why we DON'T pull Stanzi, even when he has 5 picks. Probably because he's the best we've got.

No surprise.

I saw/heard the same thing in the 4th quarter at the first Outback bowl.

FL's half of the stadium literally stood up, boo'd and left at the beginning of the 4th quarter.

It was Zook's last game as head coach.
