For some damn reason, I felt the need to reply to my own thread!
 


On X.com I read a number of UT fans who voiced unrestrained contempt for Vandy and especially Pavia. Fans of other SEC teams expressed similar for Pavia.

I'll add that I gained a lot of respect for Vandy's HC. Seems like he's a class act.

I was surprised that their defense was as soft as it was given their W/L record.

On the other hand Iowa really imporved and was on its game ... right on time. Now if they could look like that in September. We'd have more 11 win seasons.

Fun fact: Jerry Kill is on the Vandy staff. Consultant level. Good for him!
