1929 was the last Iowa shutout in Camp Randall (per the broadcast). I don't know about ever, and I don't know the largest margin of victory.

By comparison, Badgers Coach Luke Fickell's buyout is listed at "only" $27,493,333 from an article in the Cedar Rapids Gazette this morning,
