Out of bounds set plays

This definitely Fran’s strength. The Jbo curl and back door pass to Pemsl was drawn up to perfection.

Fran needs to run more set plays on offense when the motion is struggling. It would help cut down on the scoring droughts.

Timeouts must be saved at all cost. The compound interest on those? Ho boy!

As long as it’s a play you call the play. No timeout needed.
Yes. I know. It’s sarcasm.

How often is a set play called during a patented 15-0 drought?

You’d almost think we don’t have any except for OOB plays after time-outs. Those look great most of the time.

I mean, what play was called at the end of the first half? JBo dribble around and break down his defender?

Sometimes defenders shut plays down before a fan even knows what happened.

And there is always an offensive counter to the defense. It’s not very often the defense can destroy a play by shutting down every aspect of the play.

Unless you dribble around until there’s 5 seconds and the defense just has to shut down the first attack = aka Iowa
