Was Marshall so much like Crean Indiana wouldn't go near him?
Not impressed. Why the heck force out a guy who has 2 B1G titles in the last 5 years to get Archie Miller?
I love that the Indiana fans have turned that place into Nebraska football.
The firing didn't make any sense, either.Crean=Miller This hire makes no sense to me.

Injuries are directly attributable to the strength and conditioning program?? Child please..........Crean has had 4 injuries to rotational players lasting 5 or more games over the last 3 seasons. Miller has had 0. The Indiana fan base grew tired of throwing seasons away because critical players keep getting hurt. There is no doubt Crean is a good coach. He needs to scrap his strength program and his conditioning methods. He will find a new home soon.

Ok. Understood. Not directly, but maybe you remember a not so distant past were Iowa did something to piss off the football God now known as Airbhg. It just so happened that the RB coach was offered to Airbhg as a sacrifice to his greatness and presto! RB's stopped dropping like flies. Coincidence? Maybe. My comment however was merely an echo of the perspective of some Indiana threads that I had read recently. Sure there was plenty of Crean is just garbage posts, but that isn't really what I think. So I found the reasoning that ongoing injury issues had caused the fan base and administration to lose faith in him, to be interesting. Also saw some posts about how Crean used the injuries as a crutch and played the poor me card with boosters ever since Maurice Creek. It's cool if you don't buy it.
So watching the Indiana team with three first round draft choices get hammered and look completely lost against the Syracuse zone was injury related? Ok. I thought it was that he had his team poorly prepared and poorly coached.
