This may be Fran's best coaching job while at Iowa. I think one could argue that team that made the NIT finals was pretty decent too but more experienced. I was so glad to see Peter dominate the second half today. At halftime I was thinking as good as he's been at times is he really going to go out with a whimper on Senior Day? He didn't he was the unconscious shooter of old in the 2nd. Way to go Pete!

2nd half Pete with last 4 games supporting cast is a top 20 team easily. Maybe top 10. The trick is putting it all together for the rest of the year.

Posters like him really tick me off. They have no clue. Fran is the best thing to happen to Iowa BB since Lute. We are very fortunate to have him.

Lol, me too. I had predicted that Iowa would adapt and would be playing at the level of the B1G competition by the last quarter of conference schedule. I also said Fran would have to prove just how good of a coach he really is too get this group into the the NCAA tourney. Congratulations to Fran regardless of how the B1G goes from here on out. What a great job of coaching these kids up.

If this team can find bunches of points next year, (aka, replace Jok's contribution) who knows what's possible. The Big Ten will be stronger, but if this team continues the growth trajectory they're on... they'll contend.
