wow, Michigan has 18 verbals and none of them are WR's.....You would think they would be taking a couple in this class...Martin is probably a ways down on their list though (they're probably waiting on Peoples-Jones and Collins to name a few)....It'll be interesting.............

I'm not sure I am going to be all that disappointed when he goes elsewhere. There's something about his need for being pampered that does not sit well with me. The joke of this to me is he'll probably be a bust after all of this fuss over a kid who blew up in non contact (not real games) camps. Too funny.

Let's go easy, boys. OM is probably having a fun time, that's what these visits are for. Harbaugh is always a little over the top...but you can't blame OM for that. His twitter probably reflects exactly what is going on at the visit.
Not sure where the silver spoon stuff comes from, unless there's something more than has been posted here. If Martin fits KFz's program and he likes IOWA, he'll end up a Hawk. If he is more of a DJK-type personality he'll probably go elsewhere. (and that'll be fine). If he drinks the Harbaugh kookaid because Jimmy plays to his ego...so be it. Then he's probably not a good fit at IOWA. (Harbaugh could just be playing him to mess with KFz, wouldn't put it past him)

I don't really care where he goes..he's a kid. Life will go on with or without him. He is just a projection at this point. No guarantee he will succeed or fail in the big ten. Everyone with undies all bunched up or predicting the sky is falling.....well you have bigger issues to deal with. Let the kid have some fun. If he flies North....bye bye. Next!

This is the best thing that could happen. Getting to meet a douchebag like Harbaugh in person can only clarify things. Hard to believe a kid that grew up in Iowa City and a Hawkeye fan, could go to Michigan.
He's going through the process. Iowa maybe could have gotten a commit if we offered earlier but we didn't. Even if we had gotten a commit, given what he's done at these camps, there's probably a good chance he would be taking his visits anyway. Good for him to check it all out. I trust Rob that we probably still have a good chance at him and it makes sense. He's been a hawkeye fan for a while. Also, no matter who he commits to if it's prior to signing day, all schools will continue to recruit him. It's a long road. Another great season would certainly help clear some doubts.
