Today's a scorcher but they're now saying 89 for Saturday. It's a good thing. Still plenty hot on the field though, and it will be a factor.
No that would not be safe if a helicopter hovers in the same spot for too long tge draft can make it unstable. Dealing with the 89 degree day would be better. Plus it is not a good idea to ask a new qb to have to deal with circular wind patterns.

Also he would occasionally need to leave to refuel. Which means sometimes he would be there and sometimes he would not, adding an element of inconsistency which could be even worse for a young QB. However, we could have a second helicopter on standby, and simply run Weisman during the intervening play. Doubles your costs, but that shouldn't matter, you do what's necessary for player health.
This could work well.
I did a search and the only uses of helicopters at football games that I could find was that the nsa uses them to spy at games and the Redskins once used them to dry the field. Helicopters as a stadium cooling method is untested. I suspect it would not be good. Maybe test it with the stadium empty sometime. Don't us them at the game.
I have seen photographic evidence that copters were used to dry rose bowl field prior to 82 game against WA.
