Your thoughts on WRs making the offense go

ISM I think will be pretty good if used correctly. You can't go throwing him jump balls he's not nearly physical enough to win those matchups. He's going to outrun guys and have quick cuts while running good routes to get open. Use him on those type of plays.
I think it depends on what kind of jump balls you throw ISM. He'll be the guy you throw to the back shoulder between the 20's because he'll likely have a step on the receiver. He made a fantastic play against Penn State just like that.

But you're right, Smith will be the guy you just have muscle up against the DB's.

One thing that scares me is moving Easley to the outside because he has more experience. That’s what happened to MVB and (along with injuries) is part of the reason he struggled later in his career. NE is a great slot guy. Quick and can work across the field against linebackers. Putting him on the outside against corners is a mistake because he doesn’t have the speed or physicality to beat corners. I would like to see ISM, Smith, cooper (if he is as fast as ppl say) on the outside.

ISM and Smith would be most exciting for me. I don’t know that Smith has earned it based on his play as a freshman but at 6’3” 205 he seems to have most potential physically.

Do we have any freshman or redshirts that could help next year?

Incoming freshman Tracy looks to be a playmaker. Not a big guy I don’t believe but fast and I think has playmaker ability. Calvin Locket has been compared to ISM but most of what I’ve read says he redshirts.

I am super excited about Tracy. 1,000 yards rushing and receiving his senior year, just lightning in a bottle.

You need to love, live, breathe, recruiting to do well...Kirk tolerates the nuisance of recruiting....thus...dog crap teams...that look like they are running in mud.

True and Stanley has made a few of those throws. Those are so tough to make though 20 plus yards downfield like that. Brees and Brady make em look easy but they aren't. There's timing involved with when the receiver looks back and begins raising his hands too.

Can you give a couple specific examples of differences between Kirk's recruiting and the coaches that love, live breathe it?
