Actually it would be both, but I don't expect you to understand that. When your $4,000,000 man can't bring in enough top tier talent, you are begging JUCOs a month before signing day, and even if it's not Jerry Rice, it hurts to lose something you have no replacement for. It's kinda like when two fat people get married because no one normal wants them, so they are stuck with each other and that's the way the stay.

I agree with you on this, the lack of good recruiting and retaining those skill players is hurting this team. However at WR they aren't even developing the top talent. Just think what '08'-'11 would have been without DJK and McNutt switching to WR.
From what I heard that WR recruiting the past few seasons doesn't have an alibi.
