Yeah we need another guard but I don't think Cartwright was getting the job done last night. The offense ran so much smoother when Marble was running the show last night. (Except the last 7 minutes when we did nothing but look for Gatens. Don't get me wrong keep looking for him but you can't pass up blatant mismatches when they're open. Basabe had a few and I would've liked to see them find that and work the ball to him).

There was definitely a "Hawkeye Nation" chant. I didn't hear any overrated ones in person.

I was there, and it was definitely a "Hawkeye Nation" chant, not "overrated". The "You can't stop him" chant damn near brought tears to my eyes. Gatens has put this team on his back, and is doing everything in his power to will this team into the postseason.

Someone on the becky badger boards said the same. Another said he was there and heard it.

After hearing the HN chant I remarked to my buddy how funny/awesome it would be to see a Jon Miller oversized head over there in the student section
