Thank god that's over with. Parts of that game were like getting a root canal.
Great win for Iowa. Hey a win is a win. Iowa should/could/would have won by 20. Should have been over in the first half. GT was inept at best and was still a missed field goal away from a tie. Can't complete a pass but still in it at the end.
Good win Hawkeyes. We can't say Boise or TCU didn't belong after the Orange Bowl. But a BCS win is a BCS win.

That about sums up our season in a nutshell. I know a bunch of people here were picking Iowa to win by 14 plus, and I just couldn't see it. We always seem to make a point of letting our opponents stay in the game.
It is a damned good thing this team has experience pulling out these close games! It is like they know the situtation and stay cool and just follow the plan. I wish I was able to get used to it.
