WR talent or speed Indy the issue

Iowa has guys… Put Purdues guys on Iowa they get the same amount of catches or less.. however put Iowa’s Wr on Purdue and they probably light it up. The fastest player on the roster Wetjen( which includes Dejean) gets 2 Carrie’s in first game nearly takes one to house and then … nothing. That’s just one. There is talent being wasted by lack of Oc/ QB coaching and development. The reason they have progressively gotten worse in the last 2 years is obvious KOk retired and as bad as he seemed to many Iowa fans he made a world of difference. Bring him back and win the west, give him all the $$$ he needs to be our back door man.

I had not thought about bringing KOK back. I just assumed if Brian got fired mid-season, they would bring in John Budmayr to finish out the season as the temporary OC.

I just assumed that KOK had moved to Florida and was no longer involved with Iowa. Doesn't mean they they can't call him and bring him back, I guess.
