I'll leave it at this. Don't question the desire and ability of these kids trying to get into school. They don't all come from perfect situations. I get tired of the snobish crap I see at times. I have a son playing D1 baseball, working his butt off with a learning disabilty, injured half the time. Think butthead.

It is a politically correct way of describing someone "on the cusp" of being retarded. Which would be just above an IQ of 70. What "legally retarded" is referring to is someone that is still not technically retarded, but very little separate IQ's between 69 & 71. Still following me 'lil fella?
