That isn't the question. The question is whether or not you and I, or anyone else for that matter, will allow the legal system to take its course or whether we should only presume people "innocent" when it suits our whims.

The other alternative: put him in the klink with no bail and let Big Duke be judge/jury/"practitioner".

Some times it's tough to sit back and let the system "work"...

There is eyewitnesses that are included in the grand jury indictment, if hes guilty of what he did?! He was seen given oral sex to a young man that appeared to be approximately 10 yrs of age. Janitor saw anal sex happening in the shower.... And the most fukd up thing is neither beat his *** when they walked in and saw that happening. Really you were that worried about losing your interm coaching job your going to let him do that to a child!!! All that is coming out makes my blood boil, and for it to go on over so 13 yr span is horrible!!

And I'm not really defending anyone here, but I think if you see this guy that was apparently (I wasn't following football in early 90's so don't know) well respected and highly regarded doing something so vile, you would be in such shock you wouldn't believe what you saw. Your mind would try to rationalize that what you saw wasn't really happening. So yeah, you tell someone about it, but you don't believe it, and you hope that if it was really happening, the person in question would get what they deserve.

I had had a long day of work, so I had been drinking when I wrote that. So as I read it again, I realize how stupid it sounds.

At the time I was just thinking in terms of Rape=man + woman Sexual abuse= anybody, and then Sodomy=man + man. That's all. I know what rape means.
