Wow the Fiesta Bowl is boring

Everyone ive talked to has turned the game off. If it werent for having money on Boise i wouldve as well.

Not the game i expected....and judging by the over/under of 55 it isnt what vegas expected either

Honestly this is EXACTLY the same thing that happened last year between these 2 teams in the bowl game. Everyone expected a high scoring, up and down type game but it turns into another BORING game. Pretty sloppy on both sides.....

Either Boise State is a lot better than people were giving them credit for, or TCU isn't anywhere near as good as thought previously.

I am no B St fan by any stretch but I have felt for sometime that they are a legitimate team/program that should be taken seriously. Yes, they need to schedule a few more top-shelf teams especially considering they usually fare well against them. (See Oregon 2009).

Honestly, I enjoyed the game too. I watched almost the whole thing. Kudos to Boise, but I'm still left wondering what this proves? So they beat a team from the Mountain West, are we supposed to be impressed? I think so, but I'd still like to see them take on a major conference school.

I agree Bud - but it was funny to hear the BS guys answer the question. They asked Petersen and he said that all he knows is that his players have great heart and they have great fans. Good answer. Then, they asked one of the players if they should be #1 and he said "probably not". They are classy - glad they won.

It would have been much better to send Boise State to the Orange Bowl to play Georgia Tech and TCU to the Fiesta against Iowa. I think both teams would have lost, thus ending all arguments.

It was a very very sloppy game in my opinion and neither offense executed at all. I think either of these teams would get crushed a la Cincinatti if they played one of the big boys.

TCU does have cheerleaders that could compete on any level tho

I turned it on late and turned it off early. I don't know when they last time I turned a close, competitive game off because it was boring.

TCU forgot to pack their running game ... what a pathetic effort by their offense (partial credit to BSU's D)

I honestly fell a sleep in the 3rd quarter and it was over when I woke up. Since it was 10-10 when I fell a sleep it doesn't appear I missed much.

It was more about a lack of execution for me. In my opinion it wasnt a hard hitting, defensive battle similar to Iowa/MSU earlier this year. I think it was more a case of the offenses being inept as opposed to fantastic defensive plays. I thought it was sloppy and boring

When the Boise State punter makes the 3 biggest plays of the game i think thats a sign that it wasnt a very well played game (fake punt pass, tackle on the TCU long punt return and punting it to the 1). He was runner up player of the game next to TCU's cheerleaders

I turned it off in the first qtr, put in Inglorious Bastards. Then turned the game back on. I wonder if the QB for TCU can actually pass the ball without floating it up in the air for the defense.

I am a person that loves good solid defensive battles. That wasn't it. Not that there wasn't good defense.
