How does Saban keep his job? Because that statue out in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium to his honor would look rather out of place if they fired him after a 3-loss season.

I was being sarcastic, but I will bite. Do you know what Wisc and OSU's records are, and where they are ranked, and how many points we lost to them by. Just askin...

My point is, it is college football. Iowa hasn't been beat by more then 7 points since like 2007. Sometimes you win the close games (like last year), some times you lose them (like every other year except 09).

Most of the time we lose the close games. So why, exactly, do we essentially try to make EVERY game close?
