Well if we go with the Ferentz comparison:

Year 1: 1-10
Year 2: 3-9
Year 3: 7-5


Year 1: 11-20
Year 2: 18-17
Year 3: 16-9 and counting

Then the next few years should be a lot of fun for us.

I think Franny is can build a team to keep us in the middle of the BIG. He's a so so recruiter so far, but it's tough competing with the other BIGs in recruiting. Can take players from Iowa and Nebby. Hard to go east.
