I'm with you on the giant TV with the pause button, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
My question is this, who ARE you hacking up with a machete in your basement? I refuse to believe for a moment that there isn't somebody on your work bench right now.

Actually we don't even need the pause button. Hulu doesn't let you fast forward through commercials so if I have to go to the kitchen, hit the bathroom, or go outside I take my phone with me.

I tried out YouTubeTV this past weekend, it was a solid experience. Any particular reason you chose Hulu instead?

I picked up YouTube TV at the beginning of the season. It's been a really good experience. Zero issues.

Really my only complaint was not having NFL Network. It’s not really a dealbreaker, just a minor inconvenience. They also don’t carry my local NBC network, so I had some soccer BS instead of Sunday Night Football. I figure I’ll pick up an antenna for that.

$5.00 cheaper, more sports channels, and you get the Hulu content with your subscription. They're getting more and more stuff all the time.
As for the TV side of things, sports is 100% of the consideration for me. I watch NASA sometimes because I like the space program stuff, but other than sports I watch zero TV.
So...if channels other than sports coverage are of interest to you, I can't really comment as to Hulu vs. any other streaming service. Looking at the channels lineups they appear to be about identical.

I'm actually a 5'1" elderly woman with mobility problems. No way could I catch someone let alone get them down my basement steps.
