Difference is Wisconsin isn't loaded with future pros.

Iowa had top 5 talent on that team and due to pathetic coaching/schemes was playing close games with sun belt and 1aa teams that they should have destroyed.

Wisconsin on the other hand is beating much more talented teams like IU and UM.

Bo =great coach
KF = clueless
 




People here refuse to give Bo and Wisconsin their due. Both Bo and Wisconsin continue to prove homers like Jon Miller their due. 8-3 after losing Jordan Taylor and Josh Gasser? Only the biggest haters wouldn't tip their cap.

I've seen very little denial of Wisconsin hatred in this thread. Hell, the OP came right out and said he's butthurt.

So, what's your point?
 


I effing love the badgers and I'd love to have the big hateful manmarmet as iowa's coach

they play some good basketball

brust is legit

if larson could've stayed off the chronic and the police blotter they both would have made some kickass hawks

i want jok to drop 20 on bucky's *** next year
 


People said I was crazy when I said when it is all said and done Wisconsin will probably still finish in the top 5 in the conference. Wisco is right on pace to still do it.

Wisconsin finishes 4th and gets beat in 2nd round of the tournament again. Wisconsin fans are happy, Bo is considered to be an azz, but great coach... and everyone moves on. They are who they are. Nothing more, nothing less. Teams lose focus against them and lose.

Very well could've been 0-2 this week. They get the wins and we pile up the heartbreaking loses. We are 1 minute..30 seconds...15 seconds...and 30 seconds away from being 8-3 in BT Play. Heartbreaking.

I'm sure you projected brick layer traevon Jackson to clank in a game game winning shot*against Minnesota, clank in a game tying 3 against Iowa and brust to throw in a half courter to tie Michigan at the buzzer. They are a average team with very average talent at the absolute best and are having every single bounce to go their way.
 


What I can't understand is how Iowa has played Wisconsin as good as anyone in the Big Ten the last couple of years (maybe other than Michigan State) and teams like Indiana and Michigan struggle so bad against them. Despite being much more talented than either Iowa or Wisconsin.

Let's be honest, Iowa should have a 4 game winning streak against Wisconsin right now and Michigan hasn't won in Madison in over 15 years and Indiana has lost, what 10 in a row? There really is no other team in the country like Wisconsin. And yes I hate them too.
 


I just don't get how the basketball gods continue to sway games in their favor. It kills me. And the ginger dude, Brusiflopp, is ridiculous. The dude flops and gets calls all the time. Someone just needs to flat run over his ***. To see Brust hit that shot yesterday...well, that hurt me more than Michigan. How Beeline doesn't foul there before the shot is just shocking to me. They had a foul to give. Brust isn't that fast...you could have shoved him before the launch. Stupid.

Wisconsin is going to be exposed in the Tourney. They are tough as nails at home, but very vulnerable on the road. Jackson is a brick layer and a good guard can keep Brust from getting his shot. I do like the freshman though...he's got game and hits big threes. It's not going to be fun to play him for the next few years...he won't stay four.

You sound more badger than hawkeye. I would hate bo as our coach. Their boring brand of yawn-ball puts me to sleep. Their grabbing, hand-checking, holding, and flopping form of defense turns games into a half-court grind.

Give me FM any day. Go Hawks.

Completely agree. Never understood the argument against fouling when you're up 3. Especially in this case, when they wouldn't have put Wisconsin on the free throw line, it's an easy decision.

Both coaches said after the game that their players were "instructed" to foul. lol.

Both coaches told their players to foul. You could hear them yelling it on the sidelines. It's the heat of the moment and a lot of times players get lock up no matter what they were told. They're kids with 18k people screaming at them.
