Seeing that bucknut ut that choke hold on the QB reminds me of the time when a bucknut actually did choke a QB. Was that a badger QB he did that to?

Good memory. In 2003 the buckeyes, undefeated and ranked #3, came to Madison. The score was tied in the 3rd quarter when Robert Reynolds, an OSU linebacker, was caught on camera choking the UW QB, Jim Sorgi in a scrum. The refs completely missed the call but Sorgi had to be taken out of the game. His backup, Matt Schabert, came in and late in the game tossed a 79 yd TD pass to Lee Evans, who beat All American cornerback Chris Gamble for the game winning TD in a driving rainstorm. Thanks for the info. One thing I didn't remember was that Dantonio was the DC. It now makes more sense why it happened.
