I think the marketing aspects helped get people there...a lot of student showed up, as they got in free. Those that came, and those that watched, saw something to place a little belief in, I think.

I seriously got chills when the crowd had the "let's go hawks" chant going. My kids even took their heads off their nintendo DS to help out in the cheer. I'm going to have to see if I can get down to IC, great effort by the crowd.

It's is games like that that get people to go who maybe haven't gone yet this year. It adds up!

I think they should just a minimal flat fee for a student pass. I am not sure if they do that or not. But, if you want students to show up you have to make it cheap or free!

I think students pay like 5 or 10 bucks a game for a basketball season ticket.
