Wichita State

I think added pressure of being undefeated will bite them. Along with them being the hunted and not the hunters this year. The committee didn't really do them any favors.

Never seen a 1 seed get screwed so bad before. They had an easier route last year - beating 1 seed Gonzaga. After that, it's not surprising they won the rest until Louisville. "Only losing by 4" to the eventual NCAA champ will most likely be their MO this year, it'll just happen sooner.

From the games I have seen them play in I think their the real deal, and they will show it in the tournament

Louisville is going to present the most problems for WSU, IMO. I don't give KY much credit for gutting out wins against top teams, this late in the season. Most of their players are in the NBA, mentally. Their bodies are still in the breezeway.
Their bags are already packed. Agents already retained. Draft prep already begun.

I think the problem alot of us have with Wichita State is that we know they have talent, but how much talent is still a question. Based on who they've played, IMO its hard to predict how they'd do against top opposition because they've seen very little of it. That was why I couldn't put them in the final 4 because that would mean playing 3 consecutive opponents that are questionably better then anyone they've seen this year once they get past there opening game.
This.
