Why would fat Charlie leave the KC Chiefs to be an Asst at Florida?

I could understand him leaving to become a HC again but an assistant at the college level over an assistant in the NFL just doesn't make sense.

Cause he wants to be a head coach for college team still so he needs to show he can recruit

He doesn't have to deal with Todd Haley. He gets to have his son on the staff. He's proven about all he can as an NFL offensive coordinator. Plus with the superior talent Florida can bring in, it could be a lot of fun putting up a ton of points down there. Muschamp, Kirby Smart and Charlie Weis is a hell of a staff.

Not saying he is wrong, but did you know Jason as a Chiefs reporter? He has always bashed their every move and was subsequently ran out of town because of it. He is one of the "best" troll journalists out there.
