Why the hatred?

Another one bites the dust..

I've been saying most of this year that I think one more year is the way to go, and I guess I still feel that way just because I don't like to flip-flop on my words, but tonight's game really was a blow to my hopes for the future. That first half was about as ugly as it gets. I just saw NOTHING positive at all, and I don't see how this team will have a miraculous turnaround next year and get to the postseason.

They may improve, yes, but enough to win 18-20 games? I really am starting to doubt it.

Your one that doesn't usually get it...how did that game go tonight for you????? Check my prediction out spot on...but I don't know anything. I just bash Iowa basketball...9 days and we get back doored like a cheap porn movie...wonder what the scout is on NW this year? Sorry had to get that in though...but I realize with next years class we may be competitive...yippppeeeee
 
Shurna won the 3 point shooting and dunk contest in the state of Illinois as a senior. Do we have anyone who can dunk?

The team was clearly not ready to go tonight, no doubt about it - and that's on Lickliter. I'm normally the kind of person that can find positives in even the worst loss, but I'm having a hard time coming up with any tonight. NW is not a good team, and Iowa destroyed them two weeks ago. Maybe having 9 days off had something to do with tonight's performance (I can't bring myself to say effort), but that's the only think I can think of.

Have no worry we "haters" have understood that you guys understand nothing about basketball a long long time ago.

He will be second team all conference,but could not start on most league teams? He has scored over 20 pts in 12 games this year and he could not start on most other teams?
Which Iowa starter could start on any other league teams?
The recruiting star stuff has some meaning before they get on the college court...after that...ratings are meaningless...the ratings are on the floor with performance. Shurna,like Crawford, did not play a ton of AAU ball and was clearly underrated.
