OK, I'm really gonna bring chaos to this thread. GhostofBTT, you're dead wrong about Stanzi. Heck, Stanzi threw four interceptions in one quarter against Indiana yet Stanzi won that game because the defense was out to lunch.
Stanzi also won the game against Michigan State after the defense gave up the lead late in the game.
Stanzi won the game against Michigan because the defense was again out to lunch.
Ghostof BTT which games did Stanzi have incerceptions that were taken to the house? The Arkansas State game (think he had one)? Arizona? Georgia Tech? I might have left some game out. Anyway, which game did Stanzi lose because an incerception was taken to the house, or any interception was made?
Interceptions are not good things but interceptions are not the PRIMARY reason why a quarterback is good or bad. If interceptions were a primary determinate of a quarterback Brett Favre wouldn't have lasted a year in the pros.
Saying a quarterback is good or bad by the number of interceptions (to the house) is like saying a health care plan is a quality health care plan because everyone is insured. Without determining whether that health care plan can save more or less lives than the one being replaced.
It's like saying a car is great because it's electric.
