Why no Weisman/Greene comparisons?

I like both for what they bring to the game. Greene probably a bit better as a runner. I may take Weisman as a complete back. He is better blocking in the passing game at this point, and there's no question he is a better receiver.

No, he's more of a Peyton Hillis, Toby Gerhardt, Mike Alsott, Jacob Hester, Rex Burkhead type of back. Seeing all of them on my awesome coaching film that I have access to and analyze all the time, there is one thing about them that I can't help but notice.

High motor guys. Gamers. Play through the end of the whistle. Coaches' sons. Instincts make up for lack of athleticism.

Could you not come up with anymore stale expressions? ;)

I think the biggest area these players differ in is what they do when they get to a defender. Shonn Greene was either going to try and put a move on a guy or lower his shoulder into him. Mark Weisman on the other hand, is going to punch you in your ******* face if you are still in his way when he gets to you. The kid is crazy strong and will punish you for attempting to tackle him.

Call them stale if you'd like, but Weitman is all of them. Just all over his body, it is easy to see that while he may not be the most athletic guy, he's heady and out-works everyone he comes against.

Greene was faster. I have seen comparisons to Marcus Coker, who is black. But he is faster than Coker, slower than Greene, but more elusive than Coker, but less than Greene. He could be somewhat of a hybrid, I also think Greene's vision, though Weisman's is great, was more superior.
