I realize he is undersized at 5'9 and 162 lbs, but he seems like a really good prospect. He has one of the lowest Rivals VERIFIED 40 times at 4.44. Even if he doesn't end up playing corner, I still think he could be a great punt/kick returner. Iowa State has taken a number of undersized players in their class this year with some being DB's. That could mean they're full so now room for Carr. Or you can say they might offer him because they like the undersized type of recruits. I realize it's rivals again, but he's ranked as the 3rd best player from Iowa, he's a 5.6 rating without quality offers, and he's tearing it up this year. I saw on TOS Ferentz wrote him a letter. I'm not an insider, so I don't know what it said, but my guess is it says if you keep performing like you are, you're going to get an offer. I could see him as maybe an alternative if Byrd goes to SC (yes they play different positions, but both are speedsters). What do you all think, are we going to offer or should we offer? My vote is we should offer him, and I hope we get him.
