Why are we taking grad transfers all of a sudden?

I'm not bitching about it. My OP was a curiosity about who's idea it was to become more active in that arena. My "follow up question" was a smart ass response to a smart ass post. You already wear your stupidity as a badge. Everyone can plainly see your inability to register an "s" on the end of the word "year", to indicate a plurality in count. They can also see that it's not my stupidity that put the "s" there, as I'm sure every other poster but you, does so on a regular basis, to words in sentences all the time.

I understood you perfectly, it was just a stupid point you made. You Like to throw out snarky ass comments all the time about the football and basketball programs. I Like throwing out snarky ass comments about you. It is funny to me that those who bash on The Hawk programs the most get all sensitive and butthurt when I Question them.

All of a sudden taking a couple of grad transfers becomes a trend (in the minds of some)........maybe Kirk is allowing a little more input from those on the staff that will form the future of the program.

There are just more grad transfers now than there were in years past. It's generally more common so it's not surprising that now 3 have made their way to Iowa. As far as I know, the staff isn't allowed to recruit grad transfers. The contact needs to be made by the recent graduate w eligibility. Maybe after the Hawks got a little more pub for going undefeated in the 2015 regular season, a few kids have looked at Iowa more closely. A RB that was recruited by Iowa and played for an ex-Iowa assistant sees 2x1000 yard rushers last year. One graduates but the whole line is back. That's just a smart move. No wonder he graduated early. As for the need at receiver...ipsa locquitur.

Don't look too closely for the cause being a drastic philosophical change where it's likely there may be none.
