I was born in Iowa City but grew up in Daytona Beach, Fl. Huge high school with alot of talent that came through.
Deion Sanders - I was in Jr High when I went to see my cousin play Deions teams. OMG! Fast isn't the right word.
Chipper Jones - Played against him in high school a couple times. One of those players that you instantly knew would be in the bigs some day. Played SS and pitcher against us.
George McCloud - Played with him his last year before moving on to college and then the NBA.
Vince Carter - Came through my high school a couple years later. Good friends with my sister and comes home frequently. Played some hoops on outside courts with him and McGrady a few times. Amazing talents.
There's some others but these were the ones that came off the top.
