Who were you when you played?

With the basketball season in full swing I started to think back about who my favorite players were when I was growing up. I remembered that every time we went outside to play hoops, that we all picked a guy to be from the Hawkeyes roster while we played. I'm guessing most of you did too.

I was always Roy Marble.

I loved watching his "Jordan" moves.

The question is: Who were you when you played hoops?

Then it was DeanO. Got a full uniform with #20 when I was 8.

The last player I pretended to be was Jeff Horner when I was 12.
