WHO IS THE WORST SPORTS RADIO GUY IN DSM?

I don't live in Iowa anymore so I don't get the local sportstalk. But I can tell you it is way better than the south because of the difference in caller quality.

As far as national goes, I used to like Rome, but he has gone toward more of a reality TV type focus where he just wants to spend all his time talking about somebody who said or did something outrageous. Basically sems to have gotten lazy with respect to his sports reporting. Cowherd is a big city pro sports guy. He doesn't know anything else. Dan Patrick is good. Mike and Mike are okay, but I find myself listening to Patrick more.

What happened to that one guy who would call some girl named Karen Kay or something, and talk about a package of M&M's that he sent her in the mail. Those segments would last like twenty minutes at a time, I think she even came to Des Moines at one point.

However, when that tool Wolfgang would be on Miller's afternoon show--he was the absolute worst. He made Cotlar sound smart.

Different strokes for different folks. He made me laugh pretty good...and I know of at least one former Iowa football player that would listen to the show online each week when Wolfgang was on. A fairly prominent name. He loved Wolfgang.

I miss wolfgang too, he was the best!!

Not hard fo Matt and Miller to be #1 sports when they only compete against one other station and that is Marty. It is like saying you are the tallest midget

probably just rubbed me the wrong way that he came on and ripped the clones every week. it could of been a better bit IMO if you had a second guy, to counteract is homerness

Jon Miller is the worst. He should just give Deace a list of topics and then leave the studio so I could listen to the awesomeness that is sports Deace all morning. Then in the afternoon I can listen to the even better politics Deace all afternoon.

Deace is a true renaissance man!
