Who do you recommend following on Twitter?

Ok Hawk fans, I know I am very late to jumping on the twitter bandwagon. I dont really plan on putting out to many tweets, but it is obviously an incredible way to get up to the minute info.

I was wondering if you could recommend good twitter handles to follow. I guess I am mostly looking for Iowa Sports, but others are welcome, News, sports scores, articles etc.

Rosie Jones is worth a follow.

morehouse has some good stuff, but also weird stuff. i still think following players is creepy (unless you actually know them in real life).
 




I would find a good media person, and see who they follow. If you look at who Jon @HawkeyeNation follows, you'll have a good start. Then look at who those people follow, etc.

After you follow a bunch of people you'll want to use TweetDeck (or something similar) to break up who you follow into different columns of lists. TweetDeck also continuously updates so you don't have to refresh the page all the time.

That's a nice advertisement. I might take a look at that. Everyone who likes to be annoyed should follow this guy.
 


Fore Iowa football, Morehouse is an absolute must. Rick Brown is the best guy on the basketball beat.
 




I prefer to support @storminspank for bball and if you are ever looking for a new beer to try he has great opinions.
