The buffoons don't understand that only once in four years will the Rose Bowl be prohibited from taking the second place team (Illinois in 2007).

FOR YOU IDIOTS OUT THERE, THE BIG TEN CHAMPION ALWAYS GOES TO THE ROSE BOWL UNLESS IT IS IN THE NCS GAME.

Speaking of being a buffoon, the Rose Bowl isn't prohibited from taking the second place team once every 4 years, if the Big Ten or PAC 10 champ is in the NC and no non AQ school isn't in the top 8 then the Rose Bowl can take the second place team. There is nothing that states the Big Ten/PAC 10 champ must go to the NC once every 4 years and a non AQ school must be ranked in the top 8 at that time.

The Big Ten champ could go the NC the next 4 years and if a Boise St, TCU, etc.. aren't in the top 8 then the second place team could go to the Rose Bowl the next 4 years.
