Did he redshirt? I assume he went on some humanitarian mission/sabbatical?

Yes 10 yard dash.

I doubt the 10 yard shuttle is actually just a 10 yard dash. The time wouldn't make sense.

I think they run 5 yards one way. Then turn around and run 10 yards back the other way, then turn around again and run 5 yards back. You would end back where you started. 20 total yards. At least this would be my guess.

Today Daniels worked with the first team at left guard. That might be a good position for him this year if he does not red shirt.

Tyler Wiegers worked out as Iowa's holder today. I like that move it will get him more involved in the games, IE he won't be as cold if he has to come in and it opens up more trick plays.
